Catheter Tip Forming Systems

                Ercon can create a Tip Forming System to meet the needs of your particular application. Our tip forming systems incorporate the AMERITHERM Solid State RF Induction Generator. These generators can quickly obtain the desired temperature, which produces faster cycle times. The tip forming system is also equipped with quick change tooling so multiple size catheters can be run on the same machine. Our standard tip forming equipment can produce 1 to 4 catheters at a time, with special systems capable of producing up to 30 catheters per minute.
